Cambridge Area 20120909


Heritcium is one of my favorite edibles; could not help but to go again and pick some:

Virtually bug free, but there is some work involved to remove all dirt from the mushroom. 


Even better in frying pan:



The finished product:

Really tasty ........


In hemlock woods not a trace of Lactarius deliciosus. Some unrecognizable dried stumps and cups and that is all.
